WOOLF, VIRGINIA (1882-1942) English novelist.  Uncommon Autograph Letter Signed, “V,” on her imprinted 52, Tavistock Square, W.C.I. Telephone: Museum 2621 stationery. One page, octavo. Tavistock Square, London. No date [late June 1929]. Excellent condition. To the husband of here sister Vanessa, ARTHUR CLIVE HOWARD BELL (1881-1964), the English critic. Woolf writes:  “Dearest Clive, Yes, we shall be in London and would like to Sup with you on Sunday, 8 (I suppose) and I shall be happy to dine with you on Thursday July 11th. And I wish I could come tomorrow; but I have an assignation with Christabel, and a Labour Party party. I long to hear all the news. V.”
