Stodolski, Inc, (hereafter “GAJS”), its sales venues and its subsidiaries. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, as you browse GAJS, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to GAJS, and information about how you interact with GAJS.

B. “Log files” track actions occurring on GAJS, and collect data which may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

C. “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse GAJS, and help us make your future usage more user friendly and coherent.

(1) We may also collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your full name, address, phone number, email address, or similar attributes, when you offer that information via online forms, emails, in person, or over the phone.  If you choose to purchase from us, we or our third-party payment processors may collect your relevant payment information.  If you no longer wish to receive emails, you may opt out of them by emailing us.  This personal information will be used only for the purposes intended, and not for any third party marketing efforts. We will not sell your personal data.

(2) Cookies and Tracking Technologies. These technologies may be used in analyzing trends, administering our site, tracking movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base. We also may use cookies for analytics. Users can control the use of cookies at their individual browser settings. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site.

GAJS will also retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements, or to comply with requests from legal authorities. 

(4) GAJS will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. We may store personal information at locations outside the direct control of GAJS (for instance: on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers or other services, shipping software,
like Fedex.com, and communications platforms, like Mailchimp or Constant Contact).  To our best knowledge, we use service providers that are compliant with relevant regulations.

(5) Your information collected through the GAJS service may be stored and processed in the United States, Europe, or any other country in which GAJS or its service providers maintain facilities. GAJS is concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to GAJS.  No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is absolutely secure.  We may use a credit card processing company to charge credit card purchases. Please note that we do not alter our GAJS data collection and use practices when we see a ‘Do Not Track’ signal from your browser.

Consent

When you provide us with Personal Information via a transaction on our Site, such as placing an order or submitting a product inquiry, we infer that you consent to the collection and use of the Personal Information for that specific purpose. If you provide or we ask for your Personal Information for a secondary reason, such as email marketing, we will ask you directly, or assume your expressed consent when you (“opt-in”) by clicking the link.
