ABRAHAM LINCOLN – A BOLDLY PENNED, FULL SIGNATURE, PROBABLY AS PRESIDENT.

LINCOLN, ABRAHAM. (1809-1865).   16th President of the United States.   A large, boldly penned signature “Abraham Lincoln”, probably as President, and most likely cut from a document.   The signature measures over 4 inches long!  It is mounted below a period correct, oil on cardboard, hand-painted color miniature portrait of  Lincoln.  He is depicted in a full face, 1/3 length, bust pose.   No place. No date.  The signature is lightly affixed to the mount.   Over all, very fine, and definitely a display item!
