Polk.; U.S. Senator and Attorney General of Pennsylvania; Minister to Russia and the UK.  Entire leaf addressed to: “John M. Scott/ Chestnut Street / Philadelphia” and franked “G.M. Dallas/ U.S. Senate” at upper right.  Red circular  “Washington City Feb 5” [1832] cancellation.  Very fine condition, and a perfect free-frank for the collector of philatelic material.
