FARADAY, MICHAEL.  (1791-1867).  British physicist and chemist.  Autograph Letter Signed, “M. Faraday”, on crested Royal Institution stationery.  One full page, small octavo.  London, June 16, 1863.  Very fine condition.  To “My dear Dr. Benn Jones”.  Faraday writes: “I am about to go to Hampton Court and if you do not want me on Thursday next propose stopping there until Friday.  But the moment you know of and can set me to work in relation to Captain Sperling Emery, I will be back and active.  Ever yours, M. Faraday”.
