JOHN ADAMS.  (1735-1826)  Second President of the United States (1797-1801), first Vice President (1789-1797), and one of the leading Founding Fathers of the United States.  Uncommon Partially-printed Document Signed, “John Adams,” as President of the United States. One full page, vellum,  oblong folio. Philadelphia, December 2, 1799.
