Twenty-fifth President of the United States; Assassinated.  Rare format, Partly-printed Document Signed, “William McKInley”, as President.  One page, tall folio.  Washington D.C., December 1, 1897.  To ‘Wayman Crow McCreery, Saint Louis, Missouri’.  Fine condition.  McKinley writes: “You are hereby removed from the Office of Collector of Internal Revenue for the first District of Missouri to take effect upon the appointment and qualification of your successor.”
