MELLON, as Secretary of the Treasury. Ornate gilt wafer Seal of the US Treasury affixed at lower left. Hoover appoints Wilfred W. Luufkins to be a collector of Customs for the 14th District.  Framed in a simple black-wood frame, ready for display. While Hoover is readily available in numerous variations, Treasury appointments, in this format are actually quite uncommon.  Just a choice display item.
