Beauregard”.  One full page, octavo.  New Orleans, November 18, 1889.  To George Tempers, Pawtucket, Rhode Island”. Very fine condition.   He writes: “I thank you for the printed card and enclosure in your note of the 12^th…and I comply with pleasure with your request.  I am, yours very truly, G.T. Beauregard”.
