Ross, and published by Henry Vickers, 317 Strand [London].’ No date, but circa 1881. Large folio, approximately 9 ½ x 11 inches. 20 pages total. Most probably ex-Doheney collection as inserted reference tab reflects her cataloguing style / designations. In addition to the text of Dickens story being recounted there are contained within adverts offering a variety of items, one of which depicts a black man in an unflattering depiction, that was common for the time. A scarce Dickens ephemeral item, and very collectible, on several accounts.
