WILLIAMS, WILLIAM (1731-1811) Merchant, delegate from Connecticut to the Continental Congress, and a Signer of the Declaration of Independence. Autograph Document Signed, “Wm. Williams Reg.” One page, 16mo.  [approximately 2 x 2 inches]. Lebanon, 24 June 1765.  The document reads: Rec[eive]d and recorded  – my records of Lebanon – Lot [?] 388.  Wm. Williams Reg[istrar].  A nice, easy, starter example of this Signer of the Declaration of Independence.
