JEFFERSON, THOMAS.  (1743-1826).  Third President of the United States. His signature, in ink:  “Th. Jefferson”,  [most probably as President] penned on a 3 1/2 x 1 1/4 inch slip of vellum.  Fine condition, as seen in illustrations.
