Carter, Jr.” October 2, 1963. Accompanied by a Cancelled Check Signed: “Rosalyn S. Carter”. [(b. 1927), First Lady] for “$80.14” to be paid to “Plains Mercantile Co.” March 11, 1960. Both items are in very fine condition, and President Carter’s signature in this form is rather scarce.
