Letter Signed, “G.M.” One page, quarto. “Morrisania,”
July 31, [1801]. Very fine condition. Addressed on verso to “Nicholas
Low, Esq.” Morris writes:
“Dear Sir, With yours of the 24th I received
the turtle [?] who is I trust well. I have not yet seen him. I send
the maps for Stansbury which I pray you will have the goodness to
forward. Yours truly, G.M. [P.S.] My love to Mrs. Low and the children.”
